if you only then how you would ruin her;
how you would change the way she used to see the world--like a child;
how you would turn her into a person so hard;
how you would change her so that every time she wonders about the world, all she could do is cry....

if you only knew then how you would ruin her,
you never would have said "hello";
you never would have made the first move;
you never would have left her hanging....
